LICENSING

Welcome to FineByStudio!
To make things simple, I offer two types of licenses for my digital assets. Please read the terms below to understand which license fits your needs.

1. STANDARD LICENSE (Included with every purchase)
When you purchase any pattern or clipart set from FineByStudio, it automatically includes a Standard License.

✅ YOU CAN:

  • Use the graphics for personal projects (no profit made).

  • Create and sell up to 500 physical end products (e.g., fabric, clothing, mugs, planners, invitations) created by you or your small business.

  • Use the graphics for your own personal branding, social media, and website design.

🚫 YOU CANNOT:

  • Upload the designs to Print-on-Demand (POD) websites (e.g., Spoonflower, Redbubble, Society6, Printify, Zazzle).

  • Use the graphics to create digital end products for sale (e.g., digital templates, downloadable planners).

  • Resell, share, or redistribute the original digital files "as is" or modified.

2. EXTENDED COMMERCIAL LICENSE (Purchased separately)
If you are a larger business, use POD services, or create digital templates, you will need to purchase an Extended Commercial License.

✅ YOU CAN (in addition to Standard terms):

  • Create and sell an unlimited number of physical end products.

  • Upload designs to POD (Print-on-Demand) manufacturing services to produce items for your shop.

  • Create digital end products for sale (like Corjl/Templett editable invitations), PROVIDED that the graphics are flattened, combined with text/other elements, and cannot be extracted by your customer.

IMPORTANT RULE FOR CLIPART:
If you are using my watercolor clipart for commercial purposes, the elements must be incorporated into a new, wider design. You cannot simply place a single piece of clipart on a plain background and sell it as standalone artwork. You must add text, backgrounds, or other elements to create a unique composition.
